Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If an item isn't right for you, you can easily return it or request an exchange.

1) Return Period

• You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange request.
• Once our customer service team has provided you with the return instructions, you will also have 15 days to send the package back to us.
• After this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to accept the return.

2) Condition of Items

Returned items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free from any signs of use
• With all original tags attached
• In their original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3) Return / Exchange Fees

• A fixed return fee of £4.99 per package applies to all returns and exchanges.
• Refunds: the £4.99 return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4) Return Process

1. Contact us at contact@perftechx.com with your order number and specify whether you would like a return or exchange, along with the reason for your request.
2. We will send you the return instructions and, where applicable, a return label.
3. Once we receive and inspect your package, we will process your request (refund or exchange).

5) Refunds

• Once your returned package has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
• Additional banking processing time of up to 6 business days may apply.
• No restocking fee will be charged.

6) Important Notes

• During periods of high activity, processing times may be slightly longer.
• Returns that are dirty, worn, washed, or missing their original tags cannot be refunded or exchanged.
